Posted By Mark Bywater Dear all, Current role is that of H&S and Security Adviser to 3 food manufacturing sites in Yorkshire. Recent purchase of my company has led me to believe that short arms and deep pockets are the new way forward. Relevant advice to the new half of the company re legislation compliance has fallen on deaf ears, so although I'm ensuring everything is written down to protect my position, I feel as though my professional integrity is being compromised and ignored. I need to work in an environment where safety is taken seriously and not given lip service...big ask I know, but my sanity and sense of humour are quickly disappearing. Qualified to Dip 1, Tech IOSH, with over 17 years experience in food manufacturing. I'm not looking to relocate from York but will travel and spend nights away from home if necessary. Thanks for looking, Mark Please reply to m.bywater@tangerineuk.net
