Posted By chris hargreaves Dear all, As recent victim of the much talked about credit crunch i find myself in a position where i need to find a new job. My background is construction starting from a joinery trades position through to building maintenance and following on to run my own building company for a period of twenty years. I then moved into site management where my interest in health and safety began. starting off as safety adviser for three years and following on to work as full time safety adviser for the past 5 years, During this time i have obtained my Nebosh construction certificate and my Nebosh occupational certificate. I looking for a position within a construction safety organization using all the elements of my past working life which i feel will bring a common sense and methodical approach to health and safety. I hope to continue to develop my qualifications attending the national diploma course and i have applied to Iosh for membership. If anyone has any positive advice i would be happy to hear it, i am based in the north west of england and my c.v. is available on request. Thanks, Chris
