Posted By Connor This is my first post as i have just recently become a member of Iosh. I have recently passed the NGC with a view to having a carer in h&s and I am desperate for any advice if possible. At present i have no real experience in the field of H&S and this is working against me as all applications I am looking at require experience. I am based in Manchester and I get every Tuesday off work. I would appreciate it greatly if I were able to shadow a H&S professional to gain some vital experience. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated on this or just any general advice. Kind regards, Connor Mclaughlin.

Posted By Paul Conner, Just a thought ........ It might be worth attending your local iosh branch meeting and making an announcement. I saw a guy do it at my local branch meeting and he got a lot of responses.
