Posted By BB Depends on what job you are doing. If you are a supervisor/manager with a 'proper' job, i.e not a safety manager/practitioner (if you get my drift) it will help you understand your obligations and manage your staff better and more responsibly. They may even like you for it. Happy days. You can use it in your appraisal as a lever. If you are working full-time as a health and safety manager/advisor - you need to study much, much, more before you can expect better dosh!
