Posted By martin park hi next september i will be fully qualified in heavy plant enigneering and hopefully health and safety. the purpose of this email is to ask what visa do i need, i want to go and live in australia for a indefinate period of time and work anywhere within it. if any body has had any experience please email me direct or post a message on here as i cant understand some details on the australian embassy website relating to visa criteria thanks parkermartin@tiscali.co.uk martin

Posted By Fornhelper Martin If you want to go and live in Oz for an indefinite period of time I don't think the visa route would be the most appropriate. I think that you would need to apply to emigrate to have full and unrestricted rights to work. They do operate a points system for would be emigrants but you would need to ensure that any qualifications you may have are recognised in Oz Regards FH
