I have experience in working in the Congo, West Africa (Pointe Noir) French speaking, not DR Congo I must say, thats abit more risky :-)

If you would like any information about the conditions, local customs, costs of decent hotels, food etc feel free to ask.

Luckily I spent time working down from Ghana, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Angola

Some French.. and a hint of Spanish, was a great way of learning customs and language!

Bruce, if you are looking for a job you need to publicise a means to contact you. It is against the acceptable use guidelines of the site for people to post indications of jobs available. They therefore cannot get in touch by leaving messages on your thread.

You can either make your e-mail visible from the 'update your details' tab, or post a message with some contact details within it

Best wishes, Jane

Have to admit...
If Bruce can communicate more descriptive requirements, he may get better response... But if keeps to his current conversation pattern... English or French he may end up in a pickle....God knows how the local population would take to his serious quest for H&S related employment?
