Posted By Roger K. Bentley Hunter's Diseases of Occupations is an excellent book for this sort of information. In the eighth edition (there is a ninth but I don't have it to hand) lead is covered on pages 92-100. If you can't readily get hold of it, let me have your fax number (rkb@astley-services.demon.co.uk) and I'll send the appropriate pages.
