I'm preparing posters and information for our organisation's contribution for European Safety Week. I'm looking for some good information and pictures to increase awareness on Near Misses. I'm having difficulty as well in finding an electronic picture of the accident triangle which includes near misses.
If anyone has anything which I may find useful, your help would be greatly appreciated.

If you would like to send me your e-mail address I will forward a Power Point accident triangle, some rather nice cartoons. My copy is a copy of a copy and not as clear as it might be.

You could always try the below site, this article has some excellent accident triangles, although it is in PDF format and may not be easy to copy.
