And at least let me know from where I can get such info. if possible can you send me spacimen of the test certificate.
I will be thankfull to you

I am afraid that if you need to ask this question you have been placed in a position beyond your expertise by your employer. I never cease to wonder at some employers who believe because something is portable the hazards are less.
The need to understand risks and failure modes and the times between inspection/test mean that this is a job for a competent engineer

Haroon, I agree with Robert and thank to him for having the courage to spell it out for you. I am a specialist in this field and have written on the subject for Croner Publications. Robert is correct in that 'portable' equipment has to me managed just as diligently as large boilers and both requirea defined 'Competent Person' to wirte a scheme of examination for the system. It is complicated work and usuially required a degree in mechanical engineering or similar, with a lot of experience. The best source of advice for you will probably come from your engineering insurers or if you have none, call Royal Sun Alliance Engineering insurance, and they will help. Failing all that, I could be available for a fee after 1st January to advise accordingly. My email is gaw@pgen.net.
Good luck and don't allow portable pressure equipment on your site without a valid certificate of test and insurance!
Regards, George Wedgwood CEng FIOSH

I may have been a little softer if it had clicked where you are located which is I presume Pakistan. Having said that I just wonder what a multi national company is doing, headed as it is by Sir Neville Simms. The answers needed are no doubt within the UK systems of International Power.
Having said that my advice must remain to get someone who is experienced to assist in the process.
