Hi,
I have formulated a safety training plan, syllabus, training material and schedule and their contents include as follows:
Training plan - Topic, Start, Finish, Target Audience, Trainer, Duration, Interval of Training and Training Monitored By;
Training Syllabus - Topic, Objective, Target Audience, Trainer, Duration, Interval of Training, Training Monitored By and Contents with time required;
Training Material - Formulated by microsoft powerpoint according to syllabu and
Training Schedule - Monthly and attach to the monthly site safety meeting
Are they sufficient?
Can you give some comment regarding comprehensive training need analysis?
Regards,
PS

Don't forget some feedback on your various sessions, and possibly a follow-up some 3 to 6 months later to look at retention.

Anybody got any suggestions on auditing of basic one and two day training courses - eg intro to H&S, risk assessment, working with contractors - for effectiveness? One idea we are looking at is to set the delegates fairly simple projects and to assess them, but it adds substantially to our costs as training providers. Are there any cheaper/better solutions?
