Posted By Peter Rees Can anyone point me in the direction of sources of stress audits or equivalent tools(internet, books etc)? We currently have a high absence rate, coupled with a lot of time off work due to work related injuries/illnesses and I want to carry out a baseline survey on stress. Any ideas will be great.
