Bentley James, You will find the Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (England) Regulations at www.legislation.hmso.gov.uk/stat.htm as SI 2001/2954 Although the regulations seem to indicate containers under 200 litres are exempt, an EA guidance leaflet 'Oil Storage Regulations' is quite clear that if you have more than 200 litres in one or more containers, then they do apply
