Hi,
I was wondering if anyone out there could point me in the direction of a simple stress assessment/ self assessment tool. I know I have seen some in the past but can't put my hands on them at the moment.
Thanks in advance,
David.

David,
I have a copy of the new Work Positive Stress pack, produced jointly by Heath Education Board for Scotland and the Irish Health & Safety Authority, which would seem to be up your street. As your email adress is Scottish, you can get a free copy from your local Health Promotion Department or direct from HEBS
Hope this helps

Try the following hyperlink.
http://www.pp.okstate.edu/ehs/LINKS/stress.htm
There are about 30 sources listed here. Some of them are bound to have a stress assessment tool. I remeber a few years back MSF produced one and I will try and locate it for you. It will be a hard copy so if you can e-mail em a postal address I will get it to you. MSF are located at http://www.msf.org.uk/
Best wishes,
Ciaran

Thanks to all.
The web addresses give access to a wealth of info and the HEBS pack was received just after my original posting and is most useful. I should be able to draw up my own questionaire/assessment from these.
