I too would like to add my sincere congratulations to IOSH and it's members, officers and HQ staff past and present on the occassion of achieving the award of "Chartered Status"
Having been involved with IOSH since 1967, (When it was IISO and Bill Welstead was the officer incumbent in Londons Queens Square office) I am aware that Chartered status has long been an objective.
Now that it is achieved I am proud to share in the success and to have had the good fortune to have known, worked with some, and learned from many of the members, officers and external Organisation people who have helped, given counsel and encouraged along the way.
Congratulations all.
Kind regards.

Parity with the Environmental Health Officers at last?! Many of us from the old IMSO days will be equally delighted. Well done!

Well done to all those concerned. It has been a long time coming and I know Hazel and many others have devoted an aeon of hours in discussions to reach this goal.
