I run courses on H&S awareness, etc but have no formal qualifications and would like to be more professional at it I have found some for manual handling, but I need a generalised course Can anyone help? Posted By Chris Pollington Hi Bob, I tackled this by doing the C&G 7306 Further & Adult Education Teaching Certificate, this is now the minimum requirement for most colleges in the country and is a very credible qualification. Chris

Posted By Francis MSc MIOSH RSP Hi Bob, The alternative is to go either for D32 & D33 or their parents, the complete "training and Development NVQ"- your local TEC (or "LSC") as they are now called- may well fund some if not all of this.
