I wonder if anyone has specific information about individual NHS staff/managers who have been prosecuted (successfully or otherwise) under h&S legislation. I am aware of the usual sources for this info, but to date can find no specific case. If you know of one, I'd be grateful to hear from you.

I'm sorry, but if someone has been prosecuted is that not in the public domain?

I am not aware of any specific cases.
I do recall that as a result of an HSE prosecution involving an NHS Trust in Swindon, the CEO at the time resigned.

If you look on the HSE prosecutions webpages, search for various hospital trusts and you may turn something up. Failing that write to the NHS HO at Quarry Hse in Leeds. I should think information on sucessful prosecutions would be in the public domain and accessable.
