Exemption When stopped in traffic in order to examine the working of the machinery following failure in order to work the machinery for a purpose other than driving the vehicle Machinery connected with gas propolsion units This offence has been extended to include exhaust emissions as a reason to turn off the engine. Posted By John Webster So, Martin, if I read reg 90 correctly, it must also be an offence to use a CD or tape player (but not necessarily a radio) in a stationary vehicle! Tell that to the 4 wheeled ghetto blasters!!
