Good morning all,
Can any one help ? I am looking for a stress risk assessment that I can hopefully adapt to suit our company requirements. The company employees some 500 staff spread over several sites.

Steve,
I can recommend "Work Positive - prioritising organisational stress", a co-production between HEBS and the Irish Health & Safety Authority. I don`t have the HEBS web address to hand.
I don`t know which part of the country you are in, but I received mine from the local Health Promotion Department, and a second from the IOSH Edinburgh branch.
Hope this helps

There have been a couple of recent threads on this topic -

Should be some useful ideas, links and information for you.

Steve,
Just to echo earlier comments "Work Positive" is a great tool to measure stress in the organisation and should work for small and large companies. Comprises of five steps:-
1. Raising awareness and gaining commitment from both workforce and management.
2. Assessing current situation through benchmarking
3. Identifying causes through questionnaire
4. Set timescales actions etc.
5. As always, reviewing.
www.hebs.com should provide a workpack - it comes with a CD for analysis.
Best wishes
John
