Can anyone help on the route to follow Scenario: A supplier goes bust during the instalation of a machine how do you have it CE marked

John,
Suggest you follow the thread back to the manufacturer. They are obliged to hold the information that is required for the technical file and possibly direct you to an alternative supplier who should be able to CE mark the equipment. Alternatively you could work with the manufacturer to do it yourself.
