Can you recommend a software package that prompts breaks? The ideal would be a package which allows you to customise the timing of breaks and gives exercise information too.

Mmmm - imagine the response trying to sell that sort of package to commercial clients like call centres! Still, the employees would be on your side.

There is another one that I had installed on one of our developer's pc's, but he has now left us, and I can't remember what it was (it was better than screamsaver though). I'll have a think over the weekend and see if I can remember where I found it.

Posturite (.co.uk) do a package for about £50. Called PauseRite.
