Posted By STEVE Does anybody know of any safety requirements for the use of steps approx 2ft high. Should they have a maintenance record? How should they be managed? Any information would be of great use Steve

Legal: Health & Safety at work, act 1974 Construction ( Health & Safety Welfare) Regulations 1996 (SI1996 No.1592) Managemant of Health & Safety at work Regulations 1999 (SI1999 No 3242) But the best way of finding out about it is looking on the http://www.hse.gov.uk/ and then on the index under ladders & take it from there Happy searching.
