Posted By Paul Ross Has anyone any information regarding precautions to be taken and best practice when undertaking testing of 3 phase electrical appliances during manufacture of appliance. These are functional tests and earthing/insulation tests.

Posted By Ken Taylor INDG354 from the HSE should cover most standard workplace testing including <400V ac 3 phase. Beyond that I would try speaking to the IEEs Technical Advice people.
