Posted By Peter Rees My company is currently going through the process of acquiring a company within the offshore consultancy industry. Due to my limited experience of this industry can anyone point me in the right direction for the type of issues that may be applicable here? Thanks for any help that may be out there.

Posted By Kenneth Bedgood Peter Probably the best place to start looking is the oil & gas industry's Step Change in Safety website - address below. This will give you a pretty good idea of most of the issues we face as well as some contacts. It is supported by all the major oil companies as well as most of contractors. http://step.steel-sci.org/
