Posted By martin knox Has anyone carried out a vibration assessment/measurement of electrical floor scrubbers or polishers, used in general cleaning. We have some older types in use throughout our UK business ventures, and I wish to obtain information as per a typical value that may have been found elsewhere, I do not feel that they should come anywhere near 2.8m/2, however I am always willing to glean new information and knowledge. Anyone who has been involved with vibration in cleaning, I would welcome your comments. Cheers Martin

Posted By Bob Youel M I have carried out an amount of work re Vibration figures but I have never come accross any set of figures for this type of equipment. I am currently involved re this type of work & should I obtain info I will pass it across. However other peoples figures are no good in court, as I have found to my cost. You will eventually have to do your own on site measurements - costly and time consuming. Additionally you need to use the new vibration ref figures 2.5 [I think]as against 2.8.
