Posted By Brad STADE I am currently doing a report for a course I am taking at Ryerson University. The topic is the JHSC not being very effective. Some background: I have been on the committee for the last 5 years. The management co-chair has changed several times. The committee never accomplishs anything. The MOL has come in and written orders but never do any followup. This is one workplace committee in a large urban police service. I think we need to go back to basics and start the committee over from scratch. Does anyone have any other ideas on what to do?
