Posted By Laurie My Construction Division regularly takes delivery of 6 m lengths of timber, and quantities of plaster and plasterboard. The plasterboard, in particular, is stored on a mezzanine floor and has to be carried up a flight of steps, with a bend. I have told them that they must provide mechanical assistance, but am told there is nothing which will take that length of timber, and nothing that will hoist plasterboard, with limited headroom, without damaging it.
