Posted By Ian Stone Ive been asked by management to produce a report on how we as an organisation follow HSG 65. Have gone through this document lots of times but am finding it really hard to write up the information to the set standards in the book. Anyone got any ideas they would like to share with me?

Posted By Ciaran McAleenan Ian You can download a HSG65 audit from the following URL; http://www.web-safety.com/pdffiles/freeaudit.PDF When it is complete fax it back and we will give you a compliance rating. That should help with your report. Best wishes Ciaran

Posted By John Donaldson Ian I note from your email address that you are in the FE/HE Sector. I would suggest you obtain a copy of “University Health and Safety Management, Code of Best Practice”. It was written by a Universities Safety and Health Association working party, which included an HSE observer and is based on HSG 65. The document has been endorsed by UUK, UCEA and SCOP. The document is priced at £7.50 and can be obtained from Universities and Colleges Employers Association Woburn House 20 Tavistock Square London WC1H 9HU Tel: 0207383 2444
