Posted By Keith Jackson I am currently undertaking a project which has lead me to look at noise. Although I am looking at local authority work I am interested in knowing how much 'Noise Assessment' other employers undertake and what form does it take as well as other local authorities.

Posted By Paul Maddock Keith, This entirely depends on the purpose of the survey - occupational (Noise at Work Regs.) or environmental. I would suggest looking at the HSE site in the first instance for information on the Noise at Work Reguulations Please e-mail me if you need to discuss.
