Posted By George Wedgwood I hope to justify my budget and Regional resource in terms of loss reduction as well as business improvement. I realise I have to start in a simple way - even costing accidents is not a science but clever estimates are worth a lot more than nothing! I am busy reading about various related costing topics but shortcuts will be welcome. Basically, I want to end up with a running comparison of expenditure against operational savings.
