Posted By Ashley Williams I’m currently reviewing our fleet driver procedures and have found the above piece of legislation highlighted a few times. Our drivers are all in fleet cars with the exception of a few car owners. Does the legislation apply to car drivers? As I am struggling to actually find a copy of the act I wondered if anyone could offer pointers? Ashley
