I do understand how frustrating this can be but be assured we are trying to trace the cause. Unfortunately, it’s one of those things that isn’t affecting everyone and only some people, some of the time, which is making it very difficult to track down. If you should get an error message, please copy and paste all of it onto an email and send it to me. Also, it would help if you could indicate the operating system you are using. While it doesn't solve it, some people have experienced an improvement by clearing out their cache – you do this by going to the navigation bar then click Tools, Internet options, General, go to Temporary Internet files, click delete files ( avoid clicking delete cookies if you have opted to have your login details saved), click OK.
