Posted By Jeff Manion No reason good reason why not. State in some form of document the roles you may wish to udertake as PS (under H&S plan & file) and consulant responsibilities. We have late 2002 acted as both to client, acted as PS and acted on behalf on Principal contractor. Jeff Manion, MIOSH, RSP, MIIRSM, MRSH, MaPS.
