Posted By Adam Parker Does anyone know of an office equipment specialist supplir for people who are suffering from RSI? Iam looking for workstation seating and ergonomically designed keyboards with gel wrist guard formed to the keyboard shape. Our supplier only has ergonomic keyboards with solid wrist guards. Any companys that specialise would be of value to me. Thanks Adam

Posted By John Ridd There are loads of American suppliers of almost any computer accessory/furniture you care to think of, and you only need to put a couple of keywords into a search to be inundated; but closer to home you might try www.posturite.co.uk and www.abilitynet.co.uk Most good suppliers, even if they haven't got the product in their catalogue, should try to source it for you. You say you are specifically looking for a gel wrist support for a keyboard, but could I ask on what basis it has been decided that this is the way forward? Has an Occ Health medic/nurse, physio or ergonomist recommended this? I only ask since the inappropriate use of wrist rests of whatever type can exacerbate certain conditions.

Posted By Ian Freeman I have used www.asd.co.uk in the past mainly for Chairs and www.posturite.co.uk for workstations (although they do chairs as well). If you are looking at Ergonomics these people do quite a good service: http://www.medic-interna...nomics/11ergonomists.htm
