Posted By Ian Stone We have just asken a salesman to leave our site after it was reported to us that he was going around asking our students if they wanted to earn some money. It turns out that he was asking them if they had fallen over or had any other accidents here on site and they could claim! One person was even taken to an area with a raised paving slab and was told that his company would get him a £1000 if he said he had tripped. This guy was working for a no win no fee solicitors!! Has anyone else come across this before? Ian

Posted By Paul Bellis This is definately illegal, if you tell the local constabulary they will also be interested. There are offences of deception/attempted deception amongst other criminal issues
