Posted By Martin Daly This question is not as simple as it seems because each manufacturer has to supply his own information on the safe use etc of their scaffolding. The BS standard BS1139 and BS5973 are both being updated to European Norms. Scaffold tube EN 39 Scaffold Fittings EN 74 BS5973 is being updated to EN 12811 BS1139 to HD1000 then EN1000 Good luck Martin
