Posted By Geoff Burt Am I right in thinking F91 (record of weekly inspections) is no longer available? If so, is there a ready made replacement that can be bought off the shelf? Thanks Geoff

Posted By Geoff Burt Thanks Bob. I just phoned them and they no longer do that sort of thing. Also spoke to the HSE - it's up to each individual/company. I'm surprised, I would have thought there would have been a standard to work to but the LOLER ACoP doesn't provide any advice on weekly inspections at all. I'll have a word with the CITB next. Geoff

Posted By Robert K Lewis Must admit that I am using my own development based around the old F91s etc but with some additions for time and report details for any faults. Bob

Posted By Robert Skinner A 'non prescibed' form is still available from suppliers to meet requirements of Regs and schedules. www.derwentsafetycentre.co.uk can supply registers for this function.

Posted By Jay Joshi There is a free HSE Construction Information Sheet, CIS 47 "Inspections and reports" that can be used for all Construction (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regulations 1996 related inspections. In fact, if ones uses F-91's, some specifics of Schedule 8 of the Construction (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regulations 1996 will not be recorded unless F-91 is modified! You can access the HSE Information Sheet, CIS 47 "Inspections and reports" from the HSE website:- http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/cis47.pdf
