Posted By Martin Redford I wonder if anyone can help me. I am currently looking for work in the safety sector having just qualified. In order to get some experience I am considering contract work through the various agencies, but I wish to remain PAYE rather than go self employed. Who is responsible for providing Professional Indemnity Insurance? Me, the Agency, or the company that I am carrying out the work for? I would be grateful for any guidance on this.

Posted By Paul Leadbetter Martin As long as you are an employee, surely PI cover should be provided by your employer? Paul
