Does anyone have information regarding BBQ events being held on school grounds ?
In particular risk assessments and the suitability of location etc.

Dont forget to include the risk assessment on poorly cooked, bacteria laden food on offer!!
You will need to inform your insurers of this especially if you intend selling any food to the public.

Yes already thought of that one....along with disposal of said food, and charcoal, gas containers, not re-heating, fire fighting & evac etc etc.
Was hoping some other people had assessed this before and could offer some pointers to any less obvious hazards involved
Regards
Aj

Tried to contact you by e-mail but it wouldn't go through.I have an assessment (very generic in nature) for Barbecues on school sites.Get in touch if it would be of any use to you.
Regards.
Jerry.
