Does anyone have any practical advice on updating a hospitality companys Health and Safety Policy to reflect the addition of a hotel with a leisure club (gym) and swimming pool to their portfolio? Any assistance / sharing of information would be welcome so I don't have to re-invent the wheel.

I stay in Hotels quite a bit, will see if I can pick anything up, not steal!! as they are legally obliged to provide etc etc!!!
