risk assessment - use of fork lift trucks in warehouse which also access customer vehicle parking zones/circulation routes (external)+ safe system of work
risk assessment - using high level storage racking systems in warehouse + safe system of work.

Hi David,
Try HSE books document - health and safety in warehouse and distribution - unsure of the HSG number though but have found useful in the past - cost around £12. Hope this helps

The HSE have an info line as well as a good web site. All you require will be there. However if you are not familiar with the risk assessment process seek advice from the HSE inspector. They are very aproachable these days he may visit you and this will show corporate responsability. He will like that!
