Hi There

I have to update the fire risk assessment format used at present and was looking for some ideas on good formats other users may have come across on their travels in safety land.

Have you found a matrix approach better than checklist or graph approach??? What style of multiplier have you used... if at all?

If you have any suggestions on how to tackle this one please send them on.

cheers

Peter
