Posted By Peter Kirton Dear Colleagues
I have been charged with finding a suitable course for our team of advisers to attend an accident investigation course to update skills and competence in this area.
I would be grateful if anyone could recommend any suitable course providers.
Thanks in anticipation

I sent a couple of our chaps on the IOSH accident investigation course - about £1200.00 if my memory serves me right - in addition you could claim CPD points - I think
Hope this helps

In a previous job I completed the basic and advanced incident investigation course run by Surry Police. It covered 2 main areas - interviewing skills and scene on the incident information gathering. Email me your details if you want to discuss it.
Also, I have used basic tools of quality control - fishbone diagrams, fault tree analysis, etc - general skills for a practitioner, rather than just focussing on a specific course.
