Yes mate,

It can be expensive if you do not have the correct 'contract' in place to take care of all your PPM and unplanned maintenance.

Gavin,

I would have thought that working for Honeywell you would be ok in this area, however are talking about the "soft services" such as security, catering, gardening, receptionist's etc.

I used to work for AMEC Facilities, who are service providers in both the hard (engineering, etc.) and soft services.
