Does anyone know of, or can recommnend, a publication that covers examples of how the law is apllied with regards to Health and Safety along with outcomes/decisions?

Believe it or not try John Ridley @ John Channing "Safety Law" published by Butterworth Heinemann ISBN no 0750645598. This covers the H&S law in the UK well and provides a lis of case law as references and endnotes

Just out of interest, no I am not the author are you?
