This is one area I want to research fully as from my understanding in the past it can determine whether or not your going to get called back for further buisness.

I have copied the references you have both mentioned and will spend some time analysing the pros & cons. The next step is learning blasted access to store all the information.

No wonder safety folk are mostly old (no offence intended) by the ammount of time we spend studying.
