Dear All,
Please can someone point me to where I can find out about the amount of space needed for rooms to be classified as suitable for use by disabled?
I'm interested in hotel rooms and meeting rooms.

Andy, try and get a copy of "Providing Service For All - the training guide" published by the National Tourist Boards for England, Scotland, Wales & N.I. Accomodation standards are outlined there. Also try the disability rights commision webpage - (www.drc.gov.uk I think)

You need to get a copy of The British Standard "Design of Buildings and their Approaches to meet the needs of disabled people - Code of Practice" BS8300:2001.
