Posted By harry charles shaw As I was reading through Garrys thread (sfarp),it made me think about a situation that occured yesterday. One of the managers of our client(a multi national power provider) called me over to show off his new toy it was one of those message machines you see in the doctors waiting room with the scrolling message, He turned on the machine and it proudly announced RULE 1 WE WILL NOT HURT YOU. I said at the time it was a great way to get messages across but it seamed quite a bold statement to make. For the rest of the day I was trying to get my head around this statement. Would there be any legal implications to this or is it just simple innocent statement of intent
