Hi to everyone , hope someone can throw some guidance my way, are there any sites people know of or posess themselves the forms needed in relation to the above ? I need to assess the risks using a manually operated Block and Tackle type lifting unit not just the manual handling side of it but the actual equipment itself..........Help.........thanks....Gerry
