Have you looked at Safecode (and Firecode, Greencode)all packages aimed specifically at the healthcare sector.
Developed at University of Strathclyde by a company there.

Posted By Lance Morgan with respect you need to be a bit more specific. There is loads of information, reports, publications and other information on NHS Health, Safety and Risk Management. Try the DOH website and do a search or follow links to Controls Assurance, Clinical governance which define risk and other management standards, Patient Safety Agency, National Audit Office as well as the sites already mentioned.
