Posted By Leslie Is there forthcoming legislation which will require tipping skips that attach to forklifts to be 'quick hitch' or direct locking rather than the current practice of securing by fitting retaining pine/bolt?

Posted By Neil Pearson Legislation is never this prescriptive. You need to monitor industry good practice, which I'm not familiar with in this case. Try trade associations in the relevant industries.
